People said "Curiosity kills the cat, but i personally feel that it is human's inner desire to find out new innovative things and carve out something for their own. Take for example, Apple's Steve Job, he created one fantantastic product which is the ipod and it sold like millions around the world. Yet the revolution did not stop from there, it carries on spawning further to the birth of the "iPhone", the ergonomical design and the easy roaming interface dedicated with customer's expectations and needs in mind ensured that customers who are holding on the unique product are cheered by the "futuristic gadget of the century."

In this line of trade, we knew that every people that we came across, the sort of service orientation is very important to you as buying customers. The demanding and reality aspect of life often forces us to look hard at our spending purse or wallet, but on the other view, if the service package that you get don't deserve the money you are pouring in, why buy from them. For me, I will throw in good customer service orientation to ensure that every customers get what they really deserve. I want customers to be paid for what they are buying, not in terms of the products that they are buying, but the sort of before and after services that they are getting. Its lies in the value that are percieved in what customers are buying in their mind. Tangible or intangible, they really make a difference. It is this belief that i am sure someday, customers will come back to me and pad on my shoulder...a good well done job...which i see is great achievement satisaction that money can't buy with....
